You don’t want to get in the way of this guy and you don’t want to be a part of his business. If you’ve played the game or if you’ve seen the movie you know you don’t want to meet this guy. This is Microgaming’s themed slot based on the action movie Hitman and the game that paved the way for these two products. Action movies provide game designers with a lot of cool ideas for unique special slots features. Not only does this make the game more attractive to the player’s eye, but it also makes the game stand out as a one of a kind game.

Hitman is a 5 reel video slot with 3 rows of symbols and a maximum of 15 paylines. Players are free to adjust the number of activated paylines. Activate all 15 paylines to truly experience the thrill of the game. In addition to the number of paylines, players can also adjust the coin value and how many of these coins are they going to put per every activated line. That being said, the coin value ranges between 0.01 and 0.25 and players can put up to 20 of these coins per every line that’s in play. The minimum total bet is 0.01 and the maximum is Players who like to lay back and let the auto play button take them to victory should first change the control board to expert. All auto-play options will appear on the screen.
Every tiny bit of this game screams “Hitman”. The designers went the distance not to miss out on any important detail. The highest paying symbols show Agent 47 in different positions. Other symbols show his weapons and methods of assassination. The Wild Symbol shows Agent 47 with two guns in his hands. It substitutes for every other symbol except the bonus, scatter and insignia symbol. The Scatter Symbol is displayed as a simple red circle with the number 18. Hitting 3, 4 or 5 of these will trigger 18 Free Spins. The bonus symbol is represented with Agent 47’s portable computer. In order to trigger the bonus game the player must hit 3 of these on reels 3, 4 and 5. If they are scrambled on other reels the bonus game won’t trigger. Three insignias on reels 1, 2 and 3 reward the player instantly after one of the three insignias is chosen.
The Wild Symbol can appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and there’s a slight chance that it will expand on the reel to complete all winning lines. This expanding wild feature can trigger during Free Spins as well. Once the Wild expands the symbols explode and show Agent 47 leaving a room, closing the door until the window fades to black. During Free Spins all winnings are multiplied by 2.
The bonus game is called Contract and to be honest it does trigger rather often. This bonus feature is most rewarding part about Hitman. Once you hit 3 bonus symbols on reels 3, 4 and 5 you’ll be shown five of Agent 47’s targets. The player should pick only one of these. The reward is totally random. Once you execute the target a multiplier bar will appear next to the targets between. It can multiply your prize between 2x and 6x.
Note this game is almost a decade old. The graphics may be a bit outdated, but the bonus features are one of the best. We can already imagine Microgaming releasing a new Hitman themed slot game. After all, there’s a new installment of the movie released in 2015 called Hitman: Agent 47. To be honest they don’t have to update the slot features and the bonus game, a minor video and audio upgrade will be more than enough to get slot players to try the game.
