While depositing funds is a breeze, the Casino Gods withdrawal experience could be faster and less limited, in our opinion. We found that a lot of the answers to the FAQs end with just providing the customer support email address, which is already very easy to find. We hope these get beefed up a little as time goes on, but for now, we’d recommend just contacting customer service straight away.

Speaking of contacting customer service, we were also happy to see that Casino Gods have a live chat feature. You have to be a registered member to access the live chat, which we feel is a missed opportunity to talk to potential new players who are still on the fence about signing up, but the benefit of this is that the waiting times are relatively low. As part of our Casino Gods review testing process, we contacted customer service a number of times, and we found that it was pretty quick and easy to get connected to a real human being, whether it be over the phone or via live chat.
